BLIND DRIVER CART RACES RULES: Each team must have a Driver and Navigator. Drivers and Navigators must have consumed no alcohol. Each team must have a team name. A team may have unlimited attempts but must wait in line for each one. Driver must be blindfolded. Navigator must guide driver through the course as quickly as possible without hitting any cones. Contact with the borders of the race course will result in no time for that team. The clock starts when the Timer/Starter Official indicates and ends when the front of the cart crosses the Finish line. Should a cone be knocked down the cart must stop and the Navigator replace the cone in the indicated box. 10. The two teams that lay down the fastest times will compete at 6:35pm in front of the Grandstands for the Blind Driver Cart Race Championship of the World. The third and fourth fastest teams will be alternates, should either of the top two teams not be able to compete.
