HANKOOK SHOT GUN RIDES Ride with a Pro. You watch all the touring car races on TV, your thumbs are raw from playing every racing game you can find and you wonder what it would be like to take a ride around the track at speed - REAL speed. Shot Gun Rides are for you. For $5 you get to buckle into the passenger seat of a specially prepared car with a professional driver behind the wheel. The laps are all a blur as your driver pushes his car, going after every tenth of a second, bouncing off the apex curbing and sliding through the corners. You will scream or laugh out loud as your body is rewarded with the juicy sights and smells that only high G-forces can produce. This is no dream. This is for real!!! At every Hyper Fest event there will be professional drivers on hand giving rides throughout the day in their specially prepared cars. Register on site at each event and get ready for the rush. Riders must be at least 18 years of age. Loaner helmets are available. There is no online registration for this activity. Spots will be filled on a first come first served basis for session assignment. There are 2 sessions available during the day. Get to the track early to schedule the one you want.
