CAR CLUBS

Thank you for your interest in being a part of the HyperFest experience!

We welcome car clubs to help grow the HyperFest automotive community.  In exchange for promoting HyperFest, we will be offering you group-pricing on 3-Day Weekend Passes, a reserved parking area for your club members’ vehicles and also provide the opportunity to purchase a 10’ x 10’ Tier 1 vendor booth space on the infield to gain new members and/or sell merchandise. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Clubs are required to promote the event to members on social media and provide proof (links) to our Community Liaison.

  • You are required to create a Facebook event within your Facebook group and provide proof to the Community Liaison (caravans and pre-meets are highly encouraged).

  • Promotion of HyperFest on your social pages using our official hashtag #HyperFest and tag @hyperfest on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok where you have a club handle.

  • Minimum of two (2) social media platform posts per month (proof required / links) leading up to the event.

NOTE: In the event the above requirements are not met, HyperFest has the right to remove allotted space at any time. Car Club and Community Group space is limited and does fill quickly - all applications must be received prior to April 1, 2024 in order to be considered.
