VENDORS
Thank you for your interest in being a part of the HyperFest experience. In addition to the extensive three day schedule of on- and off-track activities at HyperFest, there will also be a variety of goods and products for sale and on display. The unauthorized sale of merchandise in camping or other areas of the venue is not permitted, as HyperFest is committed to ensuring a successful event for all authorized vendors.
VENDOR SCHEDULE

Check in at the Vendor Tent at the main entrance, then proceed to the HyperFest Information Booth to be directed to Vendor Midway Location

Please have your booth displayed at these times (NOTE: you are welcome to display earlier or later than these times and we strongly encourage this as attendees are often on-site and active all day):

Because of the extensive schedule of on- and off-track activities, vendors are welcome to extend booth times and remain open in excess of the required hours listed above if desired.
NOTE: If you require additional time to set up, please note that in your Vendor Registration and confirm with Amanda (amanda@hyper-fest.com) prior May 10, 2025 so that we may try our best to accommodate your request.
IMPORTANT PRODUCT / SERVICE VENDOR INFORMATION:
Our vendor layout promotes foot traffic specifically to and through the vendor area all weekend long. Vendor booths and displays are present along the entire length of the Midway connecting the Main VIR Circuit to the Patriot Paddock, home to drifting at HyperFest, and to the North Paddock, home to NASA racing.
Vendors are encouraged to sell products and provide services to our attendees who arrive ready with cash in hand. Attendees are immersed in the HyperFest vending experience as they are continuously traveling through the Vendor Midway, which also wraps around the Pennzoil Proving Grounds skidpad, home to famous YouTubers and a variety of main attractions and activities throughout the weekend.
All Vendors will be represented on Hyper-Fest.com on our static “Virtual Vendor Row” page so that attendees know you’re attending HyperFest in the months leading up to the event weekend!
HOW TO APPLY
Vendors should register via the button at the top of this page. You will select from the available options.
In order to guarantee a spot and avoid any late fees, all vendor registrations must be received no later than Friday, May 9th, 2025. In the event that you are inquiring past the deadline, please contact our vendor manager to see if spacing is still available. We will try our best to have a confirmation email returned to you within 72 hours.
IMPORTANT VENDING SPACING NOTES
The actual dimensions of your booth space size are in feet (frontage x depth). Frontage is notated in the following dimensions-
Level I - 13’ frontage
Level II - 25’ frontage
Level III - 50’ frontage
This space includes any space needed for activation (i.e. trailers, tents, kiosks, displays, vehicles, etc.). Everything MUST fit within these dimensions. Arriving unprepared not only disrupts your neighbors, but cannot guarantee appropriate space is available to accommodate additional space. Please measure your entire activation and ensure you have purchased the appropriate amount of frontage. Additional footage can be purchased in 10’ increments on the registration page. Remember, trailer measurements do include hitches.
Typically there are 15’ in front of the tent line allotted for positioning cars, with 20’ behind the tent line for your booth setups (displays, trailers, tents, kiosks, etc.). Vendor spaces are located only within the vendor midway. If you require a size not listed under any of our tiers, or have a special request, please contact our Vendor & Partner Relations Director, Amanda Skelly, at amanda@hyper-fest.com and she will be happy to assist you.
Camping spaces may be purchased separately. If you wish to camp behind your booth space, please contact Amanda.
NOTE: There is nearby Satellite Parking for vendor support staff vehicles/trailers. Each vendor area is divided with a tent line in place and an area in front of the tents to display a booth car.
