FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS


Thank you for your interest in being a part of the HyperFest experience.

There will be several locations throughout HyperFEST where authorized food and beverage vendors will be stationed. Preference will be given to vendors that can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night fare from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon. For health and quality assurance, unauthorized food and beverage vendors are not permitted and will be shut down to alleviate that risk.

In addition to traditional fare, we would like to have a variety of food options available, all at reasonable prices. Please consider your pricing carefully and try to keep your prices to under $10 for any single entrée item, as well as including some lower priced items. Along with all food choices, any specialty beverages sold must be pre-approved by HyperFest and/or VIR as they may not be allowed.

We are happy to add your business to the Food/Beverage section of our website showcasing your business’s name/logo, link to website, pictures of your offerings, as well as menu/pricing so that attendees can look forward to your offerings!

Applications will NOT be accepted after 12PM EST on April 11th, 2025. All paperwork must be submitted to darrell@schepereventgroup.com before this time. This includes the following: (1) Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Virginia International Raceway as a certificate holder, (2) Virginia Health Department Permit, and (3) Fire Marshall Certificate (if applicable).

Alcoholic beverages and other non-food consumable products are not allowed to be sold at VIR and HyperFest. All vendors will be required to carry Liability Insurance, please visit the main VIR website for specifications, and all vendors must pay Virginia State and Halifax County sales taxes directly to Virginia Department of Taxation. The event officially kicks off for attendees starting at 8:00AM on Friday, May 16th and running through the weekend until 5:00PM on Sunday, May 18th.

  • 11:00AM - 7:00PM / Lunch & Dinner Vendors (recommended hours to be open)

  • 7:00PM - 11:00PM / Late Night Vendors (recommended hours to be open)

SATURDAY, MAY 17TH

  • 7:00AM - 11:00AM / Breakfast Vendors (recommended hours to be open)

  • 11:00AM - 7:00PM / Lunch & Dinner Vendors (recommended hours to be open)

  • 7:00PM - 11:00PM / Late Night Vendors (recommended hours to be open)

SUNDAY, MAY 18TH

  • 11:00AM - 2:00PM / Lunch Vendors (recommended hours to be open)

Because of the extensive schedule of on- and off-track activities, food vendors could be expected to be open for 8-14 hours daily starting Friday morning through Sunday afternoon. Hours of operation must be approved before HyperFest begins. We will be accepting food vendors for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night options.
